Product Description

Polishing machine is also called centerless polishing machine, centerless
cylindrical polishing machine, round tube polishing machine,
slender shaft polishing machine. It is mainly used for rust removal
and polishing in hardware manufacturing, vehicle accessories, steel
and wood furniture, instrument machinery, standard parts, and
before and after electroplating. It is the best choice for
polishing round pipes, round rods and slender shafts. The polishing
wheel is connected with the motor through the polishing shaft
pulley to rotate, and the guide wheel is connected with the motor
through the reducer and the coupling, and is fixed on the universal
rotating radial feed sliding table seat. A linear guide rail that
can move laterally is installed between the polishing wheel and the
guide wheel. Two moving sliders are arranged on the guide rail, and
two sections of the workpiece are fixed on the moving slider, so
that the workpiece can move back and forth on the linear guide
rail. When the feed handle on the slide table is manipulated, the
guide wheel contacts the workpiece, the workpiece starts to rotate,
and continues to feed to contact the polishing wheel. When the
polishing wheel rotates, the surface of the workpiece is ground. At
the same time, the workpiece moves axially to complete the
polishing of the workpiece. Applicable to the processing diameter
range of 20 ~ 80mm, length less than 2000mm, cylindrical carbon
steel, stainless steel to be polished, the surface finish after
processing can reach Ra1.6μm.
